  Planning Tips
ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS:
For most average size events a single standard electrical outlet is all that is needed. While all the bands carry extension cords, it is a good idea to make sure a power source is near the location where you would like us to set up.

(Acoustic groups of 4 pieces or less (no vocals) may be available on request.)

OUTDOOR EVENTS:
1. Have an alternative indoor/sheltered location for the band to set up in the event of inclement weather.
2. If your summer event is being held during the mid-day (11am-5pm) all possible steps should be taken to provide the musicians with a shaded area, covered stage, or tent in which to perform.
3. Steel drums and other instruments can suffer damage when exposed to direct sunlight in the hottest part of the summer days. Read this information on Steel Drums when planning an outdoor event that includes these instruments.
